To support our recruitment operations within the UK, Windsor 
has an established network into Central and Eastern European markets through our parent company.
Our network extends to Poland, Romania, Hungary, Holland and Germany. This network arrangement enables us to provide the following:
- Access to European markets to support UK activity.
- Provision of Work Permits, where required.
- Facilitation of Workers Registration Scheme (WRS).
- Comprehensive candidate welfare scheme.
Once we have your requirements, the vacancy is posted through our network of offices to find the most suitable candidates. Through our rigorous interview and assessment procedure, we ensure that we will find the right calibre of staff you require.
When we have found the suitable candidate, we will then send you a copy of their CV and arrangements will be made for you to either telephone interview them or perform a face to face interview. If the candidate is successful our office will arrange all the necessary paperwork required for them to start employment with your company.
If your company requires volume recruitment, then our offices will arrange a number of selected candidates to be interviewed by you on a certain day at one of our offices. We will arrange all the travel and transportation details on your behalf to continue the smooth recruitment process.
