Process
- Consultant receives CV for specific vacancy.
- If the candidate has relevant skills for the vacancy, the consultant will make initial contact to arrange a pre-screening interview.
- Pre-screening interview and discussion if changes need to be made on CV to make it more professional.
- Consultant will forward CV.
- Consultant will speak to client for feedback on CV.
- If feedback is positive, the consultant will arrange an interview with the client.
- Candidate will be told of the interview time and date. They will also be briefed in how to conduct themselves in an interview.
- Consultant contacts the client and the candidate for feedback on the interview.
- If the client wants to employ the candidate, the consultant will get the start date and other employment details.
- Consultant contacts the candidate with the offer of employment.
- If the candidate accepts the position, the consultant will notify the client of the acceptance.
- Employment commences.
- Consultant will place a courtesy call to the candidate after one week of employment to check on how they are settling in their new job.
